| You’ll also have the option of viewing quarterly statements, and receiving prospectus and report mailings on-line. By opting in for this service, you’ll receive these mailings faster and help us reduce Fund printing and mailing expense. |

| Shareholders who want to switch to this option should enter Account Login and select “Accounts” from the top navigation bar then “Electronic Delivery Consent”. When you choose electronic delivery, your paper documents will no longer be mailed to you. Of course, paper copies can be reinstated at any time should you choose. If you need assistance with electronic delivery of your account statements, please call the GE Mutual Funds Customer Service Center at 1-800-242-0134. A Representative will be happy to assist you. |
